Who we are:
Competitive Edge Research & Communication, Inc. specializes in conducting public opinion research, both polling and focus groups, for public utilities, water districts and other special districts.
CERC’s tightly controlled 65‑station phone center uses seven T-1s capable of completing over 25,000 live calls per day. Because CERC maintains its own phone center, we are able to eliminate the middleman. This is important because CERC can field a research project with just a few hours notice at a lesser cost to you. Consultant control of the survey center ensures better quality control. All surveys can also be offered in Spanish (additional languages available upon request including Tagalog).
