Competitive Edge Research & Communication, Inc. (CERC), established in 1987, is a survey research and political services firm.

Pay is hourly. There are absolutely no sales, appointment setting or commissions. We offer a comfortable atmosphere and a flexible schedule. No minimum hours or mandatory days are required. Because there are slow periods between projects, we cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours. It works like this: you will be offered the available shifts when there is a project. You only schedule for the shifts you want to work. You must then be at the office and ready to work five minutes before the shift's start time.

After an initial 15-hour trial period including paid training at $8.00/hour, survey work pays $8.50/hour and eventually may pay up to $10.50/ hour.
