Telephone Interviewers

At CERC, the key to an interviewer’s success is to make as many professional and quality calls as possible. We have hands on training so that you’ll conduct flawless telephone interviews. There are absolutely no sales, appointment setting or commissions. We offer a comfortable atmosphere and a flexible schedule. No minimum hours or mandatory days are required. Because work is project-based, we cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours. The Telephone Interviewer position is a part-time evening role and pay is hourly.
- Scheduling is flexible: You will be offered the available shift hours for current projects. You only schedule yourself for the shifts you are able to commit to.
- Work is on-site at our El Paso call center.
- Employment requires providing valid, unexpired documents from the Form I-9 Acceptable Documents List to verify identity and U.S. work authorization.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
