Telephone Interviewers

At CERC, the key to an interviewer’s success is to make as many proffesional and quality calls as possible. We have hands on training so that you’ll conduct flawless telephone interviews. There are absolutely no sales, appointment setting or commissions. We offer a comfortable atmosphere and a flexible schedule. No minimum hours or mandatory days are required. Because work is project-based, we cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours. You only schedule for the shifts you want to work based on the hours available.
- You will be offered the available shifts for current projects, then schedule for the shifts you want to work.
- Employment requires providing valid, unexpired documents from the Form I-9 Acceptable Documents List to verify identity and U.S. work authorization. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
